Research Interests and Expertise

Assoc. Prof. Van Thi Thanh Ho is interested in the synthesis of new classes of materials and nanostructures, with an emphasis on discovering novel materials and developing new synthetic approaches, and understanding the fundamental issues of structural that applied to green energy (hydrogen energy, fuel cells, solar cells) and environmental science (capture, storage and fate of CO₂ and treatment of air pollution, waste treatment).

Her main focus is also on Sustainable Development such as Climate change (Smart irrigation, Saline water treatment system with IoT applications to adapt the climate Change, Greenhouse gas inventory for low Carbon city), Eco-system for Sustainable Development.
